1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

For international shipping, please contact our customer support before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–2 Business Days
  • Abu Dhabi: 1–3 Business Days
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: 1–3 Business Days
  • Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other UAE Locations: 2–5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders over AED 100 within the UAE.
  • Orders below AED 100 may incur a delivery charge, which will be shown during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Bright Way Computer Trading LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
