1-Year Bright Way Warranty
Every renewed laptop from Bright Way Computer Trading LLC comes with a 1-year seller warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Motherboard, processor and memory (RAM) faults
- Storage (SSD/HDD) failure
- Screen faults not caused by damage (dead pixels, flickering, no display)
- Keyboard, touchpad, ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam, speakers and charging faults
- Battery: minimum 85% health at delivery and covered against failure for the warranty period
What is not covered
- Physical damage, drops, cracked screens or liquid damage
- Damage from misuse, power surges or unauthorised repairs
- Software problems, viruses or data loss
- Normal wear such as minor scratches, and normal battery ageing
- Accessories unless stated on the product page
How to claim
- Contact us on WhatsApp +971 56 424 3569 or email info@brightwaycomputer.com with your order number and a short description or video of the problem.
- We will try to fix it remotely first.
- If needed, we arrange collection or drop-off in the UAE and repair the laptop. If it cannot be repaired, we replace it with the same or a similar model, or refund you.
Please back up your data before sending a laptop for service. Your 7-day easy return period still applies in addition to this warranty.
